Intellectual Property & Content Policy

Effective 1 January 2026

Last Updated · 5 September 2026

This policy explains what content on the Onedot6 website is protected, how it may be used, and how we handle third-party intellectual property that appears in our editorial and curation work.

01

Our content

The Onedot6 name, the Onedot6 logo, the website’s design, its editorial photography, project photography, videos, graphics, illustrations, written content, Journal articles, curated selections and any downloadable material are the intellectual property of UNA.6 unless a specific credit indicates otherwise. All rights are reserved.

02

Permitted use

You may view and share links to pages of the website for personal, non-commercial reference. You may quote short passages for editorial or academic commentary with clear attribution to Onedot6. Anything beyond that — including copying, republishing, mirroring, printing, distributing, scraping or using our content for commercial or promotional purposes — requires prior written permission from UNA.6.

03

Third-party trademarks and works

The website features designers, artists, ateliers, manufacturers and brands whose work Onedot6 curates or references. Their names, trademarks, logos, product designs, photographs and other creative works remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion on the website is for editorial, curation and enquiry purposes only and does not imply ownership, endorsement, exclusive distribution rights or a claim of affiliation unless explicitly stated.

04

Journal & editorial imagery

Articles in the Journal are editorial content. Any third-party photographs, sketches, project images or product references included in an article are used for editorial and inspirational purposes. If you are a rights holder and believe your work has been used incorrectly, please contact us and we will review promptly.

05

User-submitted content

If you send us photographs, plans, briefs or other materials through an enquiry, you retain ownership of your content. You grant Onedot6 a limited, non-exclusive licence to use those materials internally to respond to your enquiry and progress the conversation. We will not publish them externally without your consent.

06

Reporting infringement or takedown requests

If you believe content on the website infringes your intellectual property or has been used without proper permission or credit, please write to privacy@onedot6.com with: your contact details, identification of the work, the URL(s) where the content appears, and a short description of the concern. We will review and, where appropriate, correct, credit or remove the content.
