This Privacy Policy describes how UNA.6 (“we”, “us”, “our”, operating the Onedot6 brand) handles information you share when you visit onedot6.com, submit an enquiry, book an Experience Centre visit, or otherwise interact with us. We keep this policy plain-spoken and specific to what the website actually does today.
Who we are
UNA.6 is an Indian design-completion and curation studio operating the Onedot6 brand from Plot 565/A, 1st Floor, Road No. 92, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@onedot6.com.
Information you share with us
When you fill in a Contact or Consultation form, request an Experience Centre visit, or write to us, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, telephone number and a short project note. If you communicate over WhatsApp or email, the content of that conversation reaches us too.
Information the website receives automatically
Our servers record standard technical details common to every website — for example your device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP, and which pages you visited. These logs are used to operate the site securely and to fix issues, not to build advertising profiles. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies or third-party trackers on the website.
Functional storage on your device
If you sign in to the studio dashboard, your browser stores a session token locally so you don’t need to log in on every page. Nothing similar runs on the public website. See our Cookie Policy for the full picture.
How we use your information
We use what you share to respond to your enquiry, arrange consultations and Experience Centre visits, discuss curation and project details, and follow up on active conversations. We do not sell or rent personal information and we do not use it to send unsolicited marketing.
Who we share it with
Access is limited to the studio team. Where a project calls for it, we may share relevant enquiry details with an atelier partner or a service provider (email delivery, hosting) who is contractually required to protect it. We may also share information where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent for any voluntary communication, by writing to privacy@onedot6.com. We aim to respond within one working week.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the studio dashboard. No online system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the care we would expect for our own.
Children
The website is intended for a general adult audience. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, please write to privacy@onedot6.com and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website evolves. The ‘Last Updated’ date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
